We sometimes neglect our health and we work very hard just to have money or the things we want in life. We push ourselves to the limit and we work hard just for these material things and we no longer value the things that really matter. The saying “everybody dies but not everyone lives” is very true.
3. Know the what really gives you joy.
Once you now know things that affects your life in a negative way, time to eliminate them and be optimistic. Concentrate your thoughts on the things that really makes you happy such as your family, friends, and whatever your passion is.
